Description
Another disappointment for me...I worked so damn hard on this and spent almost 8hrs total, and I really don't like it one bit. You can't convince me otherwise. This image concept had sooooooo much potential that was really overlooked. I was just way too tired to put as much effort into it as I had planned. Yes, I believe it's nice - cause oh boy, it could be much worse. XD; But still, I'm not happy. So I swore to myself that I'd either draw a new Gaara pic or try to CG the lineart for this one. I'm not sure yet.
Inspired by my fangirlyness over Gaara and the song by Incubus called 'Under my Umbrella' respectively. Lyrics can be found [here]. Indeed, there is blood in that sand but it wasn't with any other reason except to even out the use of red on the right side. Next time I draw him, I think a sunset will work much better and maybe his trechcoat design instead. >3
